Learn to make delicious Apple, Pistachio and White Choc Strudel in 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 220°C/ 200°C fan forced. Grease and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Combine apples, NESTLÉ White CHOC BITS, pistachios, breadcrumbs and cinnamon in a medium bowl; mix well.
Place filo sheets on a clean work surface. Gently brush one sheet of filo with a little butter, top with another sheet and brush with butter. Continue layering process with remaining filo. Spoon apple mixture along long edge of filo, leaving a 7cm border on either side. Fold in the ends and roll up firmly and gently to enclose filling. Brush with remaining butter and transfer to prepared baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and warmed through; dust strudel with icing sugar to serve.
